CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Hodaka Parts Inc will make every effort under our control to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Our business philosophy is that Hodaka Parts Inc will treat customers as we would like to be treated as a customer. You can expect timely shipments, honest information and fair pricing.

PART RETURN POLICY: If you give us a call to discuss the issue you have with the part we will do everything in our power to fill your needs. If you receive a part that is not acceptable and that part has not been put on your bike and used, you can return the part and receive full credit no question asked.

NEW ORIGINAL PARTS: Parts that are sold as new original parts are being sold in good faith that they are parts that have never been used and that they are original Hodaka manufactured. Be aware that some parts may have handling marks from warehousing and some will not be cosmetically perfect. We will do our best to ship the best part available BUT IF YOU ARE WORKING ON A RESTORATION PLEASE CALL ME TO DISCUSS YOUR ORDER. Hand selection of parts is common and we can discuss your restoration expectations in detail.  We deal with restorations every day and take pride in helping the customer produce an exact restoration.

REPRODUCTION PARTS: The vast majority of parts that Hodaka Parts Inc sells are new original stock Hodaka parts. Reproduction parts are used to fill gaps where original stock is not available. Obvious examples of reproduction parts are cables, clutch fiber disc etc. The after market parts are as good or better than the original and are a fraction of the cost of a NOS part. We have been blessed with a Hodaka community that has kept an eye to the future and we have had many extinct parts reproduced. Our community has an ongoing program to identify other short supply items so reproductions can be made before our current original stock supply runs out. Where ever possible we identify what is reproduced but IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ORIGINAL HODAKA PARTS FOR A RESTORATION PROJECT PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL TO DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS. Hodaka Parts Inc reserves the right to ship reproductions when new original parts are no longer available. We will do our best to discuss this with the customer in advance.

PRICING: Hodaka Parts Inc intends to follow market pricing where possible. Where no marketing pricing is available we will base our price on the quantity that we have available. As our quantity goes down the price will be expected to be raised. For those parts that can not be reproduced such as case assemblies, cylinders, gas tanks etc you can expect the price will be high for the remaining few new original stock items that are available. Please understand A "high price" is a subjective matter and someone may see a price as being too high without knowing the true market value. If there is a price that seems out of line and you would like to discuss it, please give us a call.

Hodaka Parts Inc had no control over the manufacturing of these parts, the installation or the maintenance of the bike using these parts. It is the owners responsibility to properly install parts, maintain their equipment and to ride their motorcycle in a safe manner. Hodaka Parts Inc is not responsible for any injury or death that occurs on motorcycles that have parts on them that were purchased from Hodaka Parts Inc.
